You can determine the size of the profiles using the measurement table, which you can download in the right-hand column by clicking on the green button.
The table is interactive. You can click on the individual question points and an answer field will open in each case.
Click on the data determined. At the end, the correct profile is displayed in the correct size.
You will find a sticker with the type designation in the top left or right-hand corner of the Dometic windows.
The bottom line is decisive. There you will find the frame type for the correct safety profile...
Examples Dometic:
MC5...
AGS50900x0500 = Typ "S4"
AGS100900x0500
DD100900x0500
MM100900x0500
All 3 windows are S10 frames
and the profile S10 90
AGS70900x0500 = Typ "S7"
AGP7114 900x520 = Typ "S7"
The label is not helpful for windows with frames from Polyplastic, Plastoform and others.
Please download the measurement chart in the right column and let me know the result for each window so I can give you a quote.
Or take photos of the inside of the windows, from the bottom half, including the window sill.
This will allow me to recognise the original locking levers of the windows.
For curtain-type, frameless windows from Dometic, Polyplastic, Plastoform ... are profiles for which the SC FR safety profiles are required.
Frameless windows can be recognised by the fact that the window rests on a rubber seal on the outside of the vehicle wall. The "frame" is simply painted onto the acrylic glass.

Polyplastic, Plastoform etc... only show the manufacturer with technical details that are irrelevant for determining the profile type.
Here too, you should note and transmit the results for each window from the measurement table in the rightmost column.

Example for measuring the wall thickness
If you do not know the window type, please measure the frame thickness at the window sill. You will need this information for the measurement table, which you can download in the splte on the right.
To make it easier to read off the measured millimetres, insert a piece of paper or a plastic card into the roller blind shaft. This way you can easily read off the millimetres from the tape measure.
